Questions parents ask

No. Kids Toys Warehouse is a toy-finding site. When you click to buy, you go to Amazon UK and order there with your own account. Amazon handles payment, delivery and any returns.

Our catalogue syncs with Amazon UK every day, so prices are usually spot on. Amazon prices can change during the day though, so the price on Amazon when you check out is the one you’ll pay.

Amazon prices move with deals, stock levels and sellers. We pick up those changes on our daily sync, so a price can shift from one day to the next.

Because you buy from Amazon, their delivery options and returns policy apply, including Prime delivery on eligible items if you’re a member. For help with an order, contact Amazon customer service.

Yes. Our links take you to the toy’s page on amazon.co.uk and you pay on Amazon’s own secure checkout. We never see your payment details.

No. We never see your name, address or payment details. Amazon’s reports only tell us which products were bought through our links, not who bought them.

We earn a small commission from Amazon when you buy through our links, at no extra cost to you. It’s how we keep the site running.

Availability comes straight from Amazon. If a toy sells out or is removed from Amazon, our listing updates on the next daily sync.

Please do. Email hello@kidstoyswarehouse.co.uk with the toy’s name or Amazon link and we’ll take a look.

Try the search bar at the top of every page, as it searches our whole catalogue. New toys are added every day, so it’s worth checking back too.
